Neighborhood Watch 

The Franklin Police Department is a strong supporter of the Neighborhood Watch program. Currently the City of Franklin has three watch programs instituted. To start a watch program in your neighborhood, call Sergeant Scott Halverson at 757-562-8684.

Current neighborhood Watch Programs in the City:

  • Berkley Neighborhood Watch
  • Holliknoll Neighborhood Watch
  • North Woods Neighborhood Watch Program

Request a Speaker 

To request a speaker please contact Sergeant Scott Halverson at 757-562-8684, we will need at least 30 day notice for your event. An officer will be available for civic meetings, school functions, community days etc. We also have a K-9 drug dog for demonstrations.

Request a Tour of Police Headquarters

To request a tour of Police Headquarters please contact Sergeant Scott Halverson at 757-562-8684. The tours will take about thirty minutes and officers and staff will answer any questions you might have. The tour will include the squad room, offices, jail cells, police unit and 911 call center.
